Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer at Learning Ally, responsible for leading all aspects of our People, Talent, and Culture processes. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across a range of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically during times of growth and fast change by designing, coordinating, and leading a global people strategy. She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through managing performance and organization as well as employee engagement and managing change. Awed by management, she believes that teambuilding and education as being the key to the competitive edge. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and trained managers who have shown the results and success. Her efforts helped develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as beneficial change for people and teams. Annmarie dedicates time and talent to Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non-profit organizations. This includes being part of in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women develop into leaders.
